WHERE IS THE BREWFEST?

The event will take place on the south side of the Lake County Fairgrounds in Ronan, Montana. See the map here.

WHEN IS THE EVENT?

Summer Solstice Brewfest will take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., rain or shine. 

DO I HAVE TO BE 21 OR SHOW ID TO ATTEND THE BREWFEST EVENT?

This is a craft beer and music festival; While it is an all ages event, YOU MUST be 21 years of age to drink at the event. A photo ID is required to purchase a drink pass (no exceptions). Children and other non-drinking participants are welcome with a $5 “cover charge”

ARE TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR?

Maybe! A limited number tickets will be sold at the door if the event does not sell out in advance. The only way to guarantee getting a ticket is to buy online or at a participating brewery in advance.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

Tickets must be printed and presented at the gate.

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

Entry to the festival, a commemorative taster glass, and unlimited tasting with our brewery participants (plus any participating cideries and wineries). 

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking is available around the fairgrounds at the high school and surrounding streets. To see specific areas available to the public use this link.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?

Nope. Event parking is free.

IS THERE A SMOKING/VAPING AREA?

Sorry, Smoking will not be allowed inside the Summer Solstice Brewfest event.

IS MARIJUANA ALLOWED?

No. The use of marijuana (cannabis), marijuana paraphernalia (joints, edibles, pipes, bongs, etc.) or THS infused e-cigarettes will not be permitted at the event.

CAN I LEAVE THE EVENT AND RE-ENTER LATER?

No, there are no in-and-out privileges. If you exit the event area, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BEER AND FOOD? 

Sorry, no. Beer, wine, cider, soda, water, and some truly delicious food will all be available at the event. No outside food or beverages will be permitted. Exception: It is important to stay hydrated.

Food is sold separately, so come prepared with cash. We will also have non-alcoholic beverage vendors at the event with product for purchase and/or sampling.

Attendees will be allowed to bring water bottles into the event (we will provide water filling stations at the event as well).

WHAT ABOUT WATER?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any liquid, water included, into the event. Security will ask you to empty or dispose of liquids before entering. Water bottles are available for purchase at the event and water fountains are available near the restrooms. You may bring an empty bottle if you wish to fill it once inside.

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO?

Did you not see our musical lineup? We will have great musical entertainment at the event along with a plethora of food trucks and other non-alcohol vendors!

WHAT’S THE REFUND & TICKET POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. —If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable, but they are transferable, and will automatically carry over to the festival’s new dates. Photocopy of identification or photocopy of tickets are not accepted. If you cannot attend after purchasing a ticket, maybe you can offer it up to a friend that can attend.

SO I CAN BRING MY KIDS?

Yes! While tasting at the Summer Solstice Brewfest is 21 and over, our event is family friendly. Every individual who wishes to enter the event must purchase either a Tasting ticket or a Cover Charge ticket. To purchase a Tasting ticket, you must present a valid photo ID at the gate, per Liquor Control Board rules. 

WHAT ABOUT MY DOG?

Sorry, no. This event is for humans only. Pets are not allowed. Any service animals must be checked in at the front gate.

PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE. Summer Solstice Brewfest, participating breweries, wineries and cider makers have the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated. Such individuals will be asked to exchange their wristband, and be provided water. If an individual continues to be a problem, they will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
